4,573 research_assertions rows (field_name = consultant_company, state ≠ rejected) exported from the local regis stack on 2026-09-09, joined to the 2026-09-05 metadata baseline for operator, filing date and legal land. Organization merges (20 spelling folds) are applied; trading-name and numbered-company identities are not.

Coverage

4,938 Phase 1 submissions filed Jan 1 – Sep 5, 2026; 4,573 attributed (92.6%). Of the 365 unattributed, the known residual classes are 18 stripped XFA forms, 27 mis-tagged full reports, 44 image-only scans, 7 pre-2008 waiver forms, 5 blank employer fields. A further 246 file-level results (the 100-event ground-truth study, 83 September events, 63 resolved August ambiguities) exist but were never loaded into the assertion tables.

What a service provider name means

The employer named on the professional declaration, as of report signing. It is not the disposition holder or the business associate, and a professional at one service provider can sign a report prepared by another. Reports filed in 2026 may have been authored years earlier, so per-month counts measure filing, not fieldwork.

Known fragmentation

Richardson Environmental appears under several numbered-company / O/A identities and is a NorthWind Land Resources subsidiary. Jorgensen Land Management has a misspelled twin. Aurora Land Consulting and Aurora Environmental Services are distinct rows. Resolving these needs the Alberta corporate registry, not the declarations.
